04/13/20 Update

Faith Family: what a joy it was to celebrate with so many of you yesterday the resurrection of our Lord Jesus! Thanks so much to all of you who tuned in and shared with others. I mentioned at the top of my sermon yesterday that last Sunday’s (4/5) live stream was our most-viewed to date (by 1,000 minutes). You all — by sharing — helped shatter that yesterday by almost another 700 minutes! Simply amazing!

I pray that you are encouraged as we head into a new week and excited to join Jesus in what’s He’s doing in our midst. As usual, here is an update of all that’s happening at TGC:

CHURCH ONLINE

If you missed Easter with TGC yesterday, let me encourage you to check it out.

Know that while we are thankful for the technology that allows us to remain connected, we simply cannot wait to be back together with you all soon. We continue to monitor the advisements of local and national health experts and will keep you posted as we move forward. Let’s keep praying that God would give our leaders wisdom and that He would protect those putting their lives on the line to serve others.

GROVEKIDS RENOVATIONS

This is remediation week! We have a team in all week pulling up the old carpet and tile in our GroveKids area. Once done, this space will really begin to take shape!

We have two BIG needs as we move forward in the weeks ahead…if you can help with painting or laying flooring, we need YOU! Of course, any who can work will do so in compliance with all COVID-19 regulations. If you have availability during the week of 4/27 (painting) or 5/4 (flooring), please email me directly so we can get you added to the schedule.
